Dr Geoff Chapman holds a Bachelor of Medicine (MBBS) from University of Tasmania. Dr Chapman has had a varied career, studying architecture before switching to medicine and then spending some time in specialist medical training and as the Deputy Superintendent of the Royal Hobart Hospital, before moving into general practice in 1989. He has a special interest in skin cancer and general practice.

Dr Luz Montes General Practitioner

Dr Luz Montes is an experienced General Practitioner with qualifications Bachelor of Medical Science (BMedSci), Bachelor of Medicine (MBBS), Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) University of Tasmania.

Dr Montes was born in Chile and speaks Spanish. Dr Montes has worked in the United Kingdom, and in Australia since 1974.

Her interests outside of general practice include music, travel, gardening and walking.

Dr Kristy Fitzgerald General Practitioner

Dr Kristy Fitzgerald holds a number of qualifications including Bachelor of Medicine (MBBS) (Hons), Diploma of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRANZCOG), Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) Master of Public Health and Tropical Medicine (MPH&TM) University of Tasmania.

Dr Kristy Fitzgerald is an experienced General Practitioner who enjoys working with a broad range patients to improve health and wellbeing. Dr Fitzgerald has spent several years living and working in northern Australia and Borneo and her special interests are public health and tropical medicine.

Kristy also works in general practice education and has a house full of kidults.

Dr Roger Mulcahy General Practitioner

BMedSci FRACGP MBBS (Hons)

Dr Roger Mulcahy is an experienced General Practitioner who has an interest in all aspects of general practice and all age groups.

Dr Roger is married with three children, and enjoys family time and outdoor activities – especially bushwalking, boating and diving.

Dr John Farmer General Practitioner

FRACGP MBBS (Hons)

After graduating from UTAS in 1986 with First Class Honours, Dr John Farmer made Adelaide his home where he worked for 17 years, completing his General Practice training and being awarded Fellowship of the RACGP in 1993.

Dr John has training and experience in sexual health, women’s health and psychological medicine, including clinical hypnotherapy and narrative approaches to psychotherapy. He has worked as a Medical Educator and GP supervisor with the RACGP in South Australia. Dr John has earned the Certificate of Travel Health from the International Society of Travel Medicine and the Australasian Certificate of Civil Aviation Medicine from Monash. His current clinical focus is Travel Medicine, Vaccinology and Infectious Diseases in primary care.

Beyond medical practice, Dr John’s interests include outback travel, hiking and camping in wild places. He has a long connection with the French language and culture, conducting consultations in both English and French. He is inspired by Zen minimalism, the Japanese aesthetic of Wabi Sabi and the philosophies of Taosim and Buddhism. John has had a personal meditation practice for over 30 years.

Kindly note, Dr Farmer’s practice does not include the prescription of opiate analgesics, benzodiazepines or psycho-stimulant medication.

Dr Michael Lynch General Practitioner

Dr Michael Lynch completed his medical studies in 2015, after previously completing a degree in biomedical sciences. He has gained extensive experience in a range of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics and sports facilities. He has also completed the Sydney Children’s Hospital Child Health Program.

Dr Lynch has a special interest in men’s health as well as sports medicine. He is committed to preventative health in order to help patients maintain active and healthy lifestyles.

Please note, Dr Lynch does not prescribe opioids for chronic non cancer pain.
